The next meeting of the League of Women Voters of Sussex Highlands is Tuesday, June 13th, at the Sparta United Methodist Church, 71 Sparta Ave.
PLEASE NOTE THE MEETING TIME: The meeting will begin promptly at 11:00 am.
Lunch will be served following the meeting.
The agenda for the meeting will include the following:
-Regular business items.
-Is Voting a Right or a Privilege?
Report on the scholarship essay submissions, the scholarship
recipients and communication to them as well as their schools,
press release, and proposed plan for next year.
-Discussion of Poll Worker experiences at the June 6 Primary. All
poll workers are asked to be prepared to share their experiences
and how they were resolved.
-Electoral Workshop – what we all need to know and share with our
community.
-NJ State Fair sign-ups – please bring your engagement calendar.
